We are looking for an imaginative game designer to join the team of industry professionals working on an upcoming first-person 3D adventure sci-fi space opera.
As a game designer, you will participate in the creation of gameplay and the game system, prototype and iterate game mechanics, define all in-game elements and their interactions. You will be working in a dynamic interdisciplinary team, collaborating with its members in order to follow the creative vision and make the best game possible.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of game mechanics
- Strong written and verbal communications and presentation skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English language
- Ability to iterate designs in order to create a great gameplay experience
- Proactively finding problems with gameplay and coming up with solutions
- Designing suitable game mechanics that fall in line with the game’s vision
- Ability to both conceptualize, analyze and implement game ideas by using various tools and technology
- Orientation towards team-work and collaboration
Extra Skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Passion for console and PC gaming
- Fundamental knowledge of Unity
