As data analyst, you will perform data analysis and create regular reporting on both particular game level KPI’s and dashboards.
You will work closely with producers and game designers to identify opportunities based on ad-hoc analysis of player behavior. Where appropriate, you will design AB tests and conduct result analysis. You will also use SQL to support reporting capabilities and work on data analytics processes and practices improvement.
Required Skills
- Solid SQL knowledge
- Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Proficient with Excel and/or Google sheets
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Understanding key video game concepts and KPI’s
- Able to focus on work independently but also comfortable working in a collaborative environment
Extra Skills
- Understanding of game mechanics, design principles and player behavior
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or other BI Tools
- Previous experience in game development environment
- Proficient with common Python libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn and Numpy
- Knowledge of data analytics pipeline
- Experience working with AWS or Google BigQuery
